What does the word 'ENCORE' mean?

The dictionary defines Encore as 'A demand by an audience for an additional repetetive performance, usually expressed by applause'.
As truly said, ENCORE 2010 returns again this year with a plethora of events at the huge campus of Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow.
This three day inter collegiate fest nurtures the feeling of a healthy competition and companionship among the participating colleges and also provides a platform to the participants to showcase their artistic as well as technical acumen.
The fest has a complete menu sufficing everyone’s greed for fun and frolic with innumerable informal events and star lit professional nights.
This year the theme being “GO GREEN”, we are trying to inculcate the sense of responsibility in the youth towards the nature. There will be events based on the theme with awareness programmes and seminars.
